I strongly doubt it. There are maybe a hundred new ideas in a week, maybe more. If they do read over them, my guess it would be ones that become busy, well discussed threads

Actually, they do read most of them. The reason most aren't implemented is because they are actually bad ideas, no matter what people on these forums think. Yes they submit our ideas, but the designers and game balancers get the final say.

To be fair, a lot of the suggestions are either terrible or highly-selfish.
